University Department of Dermatology
The building housing the University Department of Dermatology was erected in 1922 and is located near Tübingen's old town centre on the premises of the "Tal" Hospitals. The bright and friendly Hospital is specialised in the treatment and in the research of skin diseases.
In the Centre for Skin Tumours (Comprehensive Cancer Centre Tübingen), the specialists of the University Department of Dermatology work in close collaboration with specialists from other disciplines in order to be able to offer patients with skin cancer comprehensive consultation and treatment.
In the nationwide Centre for psoriasis, blistering autoimmune disorders, lupus, dermatosclerosis and vasculitis, the newest therapies for in-patients and outpatients are offered as a matter of standard, and also in collaboration with specialists from other disciplines. The Centre also has an outpatient infusion centre.
