The University Hospital Clinics can be easily reached by using the public urban bus services. All buses leave from the bus stop directly opposite the main station. The clinics near the town centre are best reached with bus routes 5, 13, 18 and 19. At night, with bus routes N97 and N94. The Clinics on the Schnarrenberg ("Berg" (Hill) Hospitals) are best reached with bus routes 5, 13, 17, 18 and 19. From the western station, with bus route 14. At night, with bus routes N93 and N94.

Clinics near the town center ("Tal" (Valley) Hospitals)	The quickest way to reach these Clinics
Centre for Ophthalmology	Bus routes 13, 18, 19. Exit at bus stop "Rümelinstrasse". From the bus stop it will take you approximately 7 minutes on foot.
Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics	Bus route 5. Exit at bus stop "Kliniken Tal". From the bus stop it will take you approximately 2 minutes on foot.
Department of Dermatology	Bus route 5. Exit at bus stop "Kliniken Tal". From the bus stop it will take you approximately 2 minutes on foot.
Children's Hospital: Neonatology	Bus route 5. Exit at bus stop "Kliniken Tal". From the bus stop it will take you approximately 2 minutes on foot.
Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy	Bus routes 13, 18, 19. Exit at bus stop "Rümelinstrasse". From the bus stop it will take you approximately 7 minutes on foot.
Centre of Dentistry, Oral Medicine and Maxillofacial Surgery	Bus route 5. Exit at bus stop "Kliniken Tal". From the bus stop it will take you approximately 4 minutes on foot.

For the return trip to the bus station, you have the choice of several bus routes. You can board the buses from the following bus stops: "Kliniken Tal", "Uni Hölderlinstrasse", "Stadtgraben", "Calwerstrasse" and "Parkhaus König".

 

Starting point
From Stuttgart airport	Leave the airport and head for the B27 (Stuttgart - Tübingen) Take the B27 and head south, direction Tübingen. When you reach Tübingen, take the second exit "Tübingen Nord, Kliniken, Kunsthalle" (Tübingen north, Hospitals, Arts Centre). Follow the signs for "Zentrum (town centre), Kliniken Tal". Carry on until you reach the lecture hall building "Kupferbau" at the corner of Hölderlinstrasse and Gmelinstrasse and then turn right, following the signs for "Kliniken Tal". After approx. 600 m you will see the multi-storey car park "P3 Kliniken Tal" on the left-hand side of the road.
From Frankfurt / Karlsruhe	Continue on the A8 motorway until you reach the exit 52 for Tübingen / Reutlingen Take the B27 and head south, direction Tübingen. Continue as in the paragraph "From Stuttgart airport".
From Munich	Continue on the A8 motorway until you reach the exit 52 for Tübingen / Reutlingen Take the B27 and head south, direction Tübingen. Continue as in the paragraph "From Stuttgart airport".
From Zurich	Stay on the N4 until you reach the "Autobahnkreuz Singen" (motorway intersection Singen). Take the A81 motorway, direction Stuttgart Take the exit for Rottenburg and head for Tübingen After approximately 4 km, turn left twice, direction Wurmlingen / Tübingen / Reutlingen. In Wurmlingen turn right and follow the signs for "Tübingen-Süd, Hirschau". At the first set of traffic lights, approx. 2 km after Hirschau, turn left, direction Tübingen. After the town sign Tübingen move into the lane for "Herrenberg, Nordstadt, Kliniken". At the third set of traffic lights turn left and carry on through the tunnel. After the tunnel turn right, direction "Kliniken Tal, Zentrum". After the "Esso"-gasstation turn left into Belthlestrasse. Follow this street for approx. 200 m until you reach the traffic lights, turn left into Schnarrenbergstrasse. After approx. 400 m turn right into Breiter Weg. After approx. 600 m you will see the multi-storey car park "P3 Kliniken Tal" on the right hand side of the road Directions to our Hospital Clinics can also be found on our general map. Please park your vehicle in the multi-storey car parks located in the vicinity of the Clinics. Long-term parking places are not available on clinic premises.

... or you are confined to a wheelchair, it is possible for you to drive onto clinic premises in order to get out of your vehicle. Please ask for further information at the main entrance. Parking places for the disabled are also available at several locations on the Hospital Clinic premises.
