Dear Fellow Scientists,
We are happy to invite you to attend new seminar series organized by NGS Competence Center Tübingen (NCCT): NCCT user meeting – Connect with genomics experts
We launched this seminar series to foster connections between the NGS facility and research groups engaged in genomics. Our aim is to provide a unique and easily accessible platform for networking, facilitating new collaborations, and jointly exploring complex projects requiring multi-expertise input.
We kick start with a meeting dedicated to the Single Cell RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq. You can find the agenda in the attached poster. It is a broad reach event and all academic levels are warmly invited to join!

What: Short Intro to Single Cell services proposed at the NGS facility, followed by Flash Talks from participants and networking opportunity.
Event Highlight - Flash Talks: We would like to give an opportunity to fellow scientists to present their research in search for collaboration, inspiration or advice. You are very welcome to bring 1-2 slide presentations with you for a 5min Flash Talk. All academic levels are welcome to present!
