We are pleased to welcome Dr. Inka Montero (Faculty of Medicine, University of Tübingen), who will give a talk on fair collaboration in everyday research practice.
The session will address transparent communication, clear expectations, authorship, supervision, and the responsible handling of power within academic hierarchies.
It will also discuss how unfair behavior can be recognized and prevented, and introduce relevant support structures and good practice approaches at the faculty.
