An Introduction to Receptor Engineering and the Challenges of Multiplex Tissue Analysis - and use for in vivo model testing
This talk provides an introduction to the concepts of synthetic receptor engineering and
explores how the modular design of synthetic receptors can be leveraged to address questions in biomedical research.
Additionally, it highlights key challenges in multiplex tissue analysis, with a focus on limitations in cell segmentation and
the spatial overlap of cells caused by the three dimensional architecture of tissue. Data provided set the basis for an in vivo screening – to corroborate the data and identify a novel mechanism in liver cancer therapy.
