„Research on dietary intake behavior, nutrition and health in children”
The Population-Based Medicine department invites you to an open research dialogue – be there! |
„Research on dietary intake behavior, nutrition and health in children” Dr. Kranz is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and her work focuses on diet quality, especially children´s food preference and eating patterns. Dietary intake patterns are established by age 5 and track from childhood into adulthood, which explains why most attempts to change diet during adulthood fail. In this talk, Dr. Kranz will present research in children as young as two years old and how diet quality could be improved, changing health and learning outcomes. |
