E-health-supported assessment of psychological and somatic abnormalities, risk and resilience factors of premature infants and individualized,
interdisciplinary and multimodal Stepper-care provision
Prematurity is considered a risk factor for the development of various pathological abnormalities. Due to the wide range of developmental problems in premature babies and in order to counteract the chronification of behavioral problems, early, low-threshold and systematic identification of risk factors is essential. In Germany, there is a lack of adequate care structures for post-inpatient follow-up care. The aim of the NeoUp2 study is to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the web-based aftercare approach for families with a premature baby. In this context, risk and protective factors in premature babies and their parents are to be identified.
