We have the unique possibility for superresolution live cell imaging in our BSL-3 lab. We use the General Electric Delta Vision OMX SR microscope. With this cutting-edge technology we can resolve structures with a size down to 100 nm or even less under certain conditions. Therefore, we have the precious opportunity to image single virions and their subcellular movement.
