Annika Nelde and Heike Niessner receive Athene Grant

To support female scientists in their postdoc phase, the University of Tübingen has announced the Athene Grant, which is intended to promote scientific work, individual career planning and the acquisition of interdisciplinary skills. The Cluster of Excellence iFIT provides its members with two places in the Athene Program and is pleased that Annika Nelde and Heike Niessner were able to convince with their application and thus secure the two places. With the Athene Grant, both will receive a two-year grant of €5,000 per year, which will support them in conducting individual coaching sessions and participating in future workshops for networking.
