PBM students visit the Frankfurt Public Health Department

This week, the Master's program in Population-Based Medicine visited the Frankfurt Public Health Department. The group was welcomed by Regina Ellwanger Berry, deputy head of department, who warmly greeted the students and gave them a lively insight into her work and the diverse tasks of the department.

This was followed by a lively exchange: the students asked many questions, discussed current issues in the public health system, and took the opportunity to directly link practice and study. The open atmosphere and personal exchange made the visit particularly valuable for everyone involved.

After the official part, the group ended the day together with a visit to the Frankfurt Christmas market – a wonderful opportunity to let the impressions sink in during a relaxed get-together.

The PBM team would like to express its sincere thanks to Ms. Regina Ellwanger Berry and the Frankfurt Health Department for their hospitality, the exciting exchange, and the practical insights. We look forward to seeing you again and to further joint events in the future.
