Summer School “An Introduction to Drug Discovery”

💊The program began with two days co-organized together with the Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker (GDCh) MedChemCampus, bringing the doctoral candidates together with the wider Drug Discovery community.

🔬The students received great insights into the field of drug discovery from both an academic and industrial perspective. Exciting lectures and interactive workshops provided knowledge regarding e.g. preclinical and clinical development of drug candidates, targeting validation and chemical probes or structural biology in drug discovery.

🚣Of course, punting on the Neckar has become something of a tradition for people visiting Tuebingen for the first time!
