Research projects of the Department of Pharmacology, Experimental Therapy and Toxicology

Research projects of the department
Pharmacology, Experimental Therapy and Toxicology

Our research focuses on the function and regulation of control processes (signal transduction) of cells, tissues and organs. We are particularly interested in pharmacological intervention options for metabolic dysfunctions (obesity, diabetes mellitus types I and II), cardiovascular diseases, immunological defense processes and pain.
