1st International iFIT Conference 2023
Image-Guided and Functionally Instructed Tumor Therapies
Dear colleagues and friends,
Together with Bernd Pichler, Hans-Georg Rammensee and the whole iFIT Executive Board it is my great pleasure to announce the 1st International Conference of the iFIT Cluster of Excellence under the theme “Image-Guided and Functionally Instructed Tumor Therapies”. The conference will be held in Zell am See in Austria from March 21st to March 23rd 2023.
The iFIT Conference will be a medium size conference with around 300 participants. It is funded by the German Research Foundation (EXC2180). The conference comprises eight sessions on three key topics of cancer biology (Functional Target Identification and Molecular Therapies, Immunotherapies and Functional and Multiparametric Imaging of Cancer).
The conference will combine several excellent talks from top-level cancer researchers around the world. Besides 12 talks given by these internationally renowned leaders in these fields, a total of 21 abstract talks will give students, postdocs and junior faculty the chance to present their latest research. In addition, the best posters will be presented as “Flash Talks”. There will be plenty of opportunity for networking and social networking.
