4th German Cancer Research Congress with Prof. Walz & Prof. Leibold

🤗This week two of our members were part of the 4th German Cancer Research Congress of the DKFZ Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum which took place in Heidelberg!

💡The congress is a contribution to the Nationale Dekade gegen Krebs and aims to promote networking between various key players and stakeholders in the cancer research landscape in Germany, and to feature selected highlights and cutting-edge science from basic via preclinical to translational cancer research.

👩‍🔬Our spokesperson Prof. Dr. med. Juliane S. Walz gave a great talk on "Peptide-based immunotherapy - Bench to bedside developments" as well as 👨‍🔬 Josef Leibold with an interesting talk on "Gene editing approaches to modulate CAR T cell activity".
