FACS Tal

Flow Cytometry Core Facility - Tal

Flow cytometry (FACS) is an important analytical method for the precise phenotyping of cells for numerous diagnostic and scientific questions. Complex applications and developments in flow cytometry have made both FACS analysis and FACS-based cell sorting a challenging task. High-end instruments and adequate software are able to handle even complex tasks.

We can acquire up to 11 fluorescence parameters and 2 scatter parameters simultaneously. With the FACS Aria cell sorter, which has been established under clean room conditions, cells can be sorted into up to 4 channels in parallel or even into plates. Our facility offers project consulting, FACS analyses, cell sorting, evaluations and scientific cooperation.

Equipment FCF Tal (dermatology):

  • BD FACS Aria I Sorter
  • BD LSR II Analyzer
  • BD FACSCalibur Analyzer
