Visiting hours at the stations
10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.Patients on normal wards can usually be visited daily during the visiting hours listed above. Please note that some clinics or wards (e.g. gynecological clinic or intensive care units) have different visiting hours.
Intensive care unit and guard room
You must register your visit in the intensive care units and guard rooms.
Catering for guests
Casino: Gastronomy for Visitors & Outpatients
If you are visiting, on an outpatient appointment or as an accompanying person in the clinic, you can eat in our casino on the mountain in the conference centre Schnarrenberg or in the casino of the clinics Tal - in the building of the gynaecological clinic.
Payment can be made in cash or cashless by chip card, which you can purchase in the entrance area of the casinos. The required deposit as well as your remaining credit balance will be refunded in coins.

Catering for accompanying persons
Before your first visit to the casino, please find out which components you can receive free of charge as standard meals upon presentation of your legitimation card. Our casino staff will be happy to provide you with further information. All other food and drinks will be charged to you.
Breakfast
Standard breakfast consisting of a portion of coffee, two rolls, butter, jam and a slice of sausage or cheese.
Lunch
Standard lunch (whole food, light whole food or vegetarian) and one drink (0.3 l).
Dinner
Standard dinner in the form of a packed lunch, which will be handed over to you on request during lunch at the staff casino.
Weekend and holiday catering
On weekends and public holidays, breakfast is provided in the form of a packed lunch the day before at the casino lunch counter.
