The Tübingen Training for Autism Spectrum Disorders (TüTASS) is designed to help children and adolescents aged 8-17 with an autism spectrum disorder to cope better in their everyday lives. This can be achieved by improving social interaction and decreasing behavioural problems.
Therefore, TüTASS practices mindful awareness of the body, environment and feelings. In addition, in the course of the training, special everyday problem areas of children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder are treated and the individual problems of the children and adolescents are addressed.
The TüTASS consists of 20 training sessions, each 90 min, which take place in a two-week rhythm in the outpatient clinic of the child and adolescent psychiatry in Tübingen.
