NCCT (NGS Competence Center Tübingen) and c.ATG Core Facility for NGS and Microarrays

The NCCT (NGS Competence Center Tübingen) is one of four DFG-funded national sequencing centers for high-throughput sequencing. The center offers automated services and a rich portfolio of sequencing solutions using the latest technologies. This is complemented by established core facility structures and infrastructure for data management as well as bioinformatics support.
