In our autism consultation for adults, we offer a detailed diagnosis if Asperger's syndrome or high-functioning autism is suspected. In addition to a thorough anamnesis and autism-specific clinical interviews, the diagnosis includes the assessment of concomitant diseases as well as examinations with neuropsychological tests. In order to confirm the diagnosis, information is also required from close relatives who can assess the first 10 years of life. Our consultation hours take place by appointment.

Scientific studies
The consultation is used for diagnosis and counselling. In addition, there is also the possibility of participating in scientific studies on the subject of autism spectrum disorders in adulthood. Please contact us if you are interested. Currently, studies on emotional cognition are taking place. A therapy study is expected to start in the fall of 2020. Participation is possible after the diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder has been made.
