Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental disorders, which often occur in childhood and adolescence and can persist into adulthood. Since anxiety disorders are often associated with a great loss of quality of life, but can often be treated very well with appropriate therapy, it is recommended to diagnose and treat them as early as possible in order to avoid chronification and psychological sequelae.
Special outpatient clinic for anxiety disorders
Consultation hour
Due to the fact that anxiety symptoms can occur not only in anxiety disorders, but also as possible accompanying symptoms of other mental or physical illnesses, a comprehensive diagnostic examination is required, which we offer you within the framework of our special consultation hours for anxiety disorders. Here you will have the opportunity to talk in detail about your fears. The diagnostics, which can also be supplemented if necessary by procedures such as blood tests, brain wave measurements (EEG) or heart wave measurements (ECG), enable a clear classification of your symptoms. Based on the results, you will receive an individual treatment recommendation, which includes suitable psychotherapeutic and / or drug treatment options.
