An important facility on the site is the nursery. This is located slightly below the old building on the slope with a view towards the old town. Here are greenhouses, several rows of beds and also a few animals have their home here. There are rabbits and guinea pigs, but also canaries. There is also a cat, which is supposed to prevent the mice from building up their kingdom here.
Within the framework of occupational therapy, the nursery has an important therapeutic function. In the nursery the patients can work with plants and flowers and be creative. The nursery also designs all the flower beds along the access roads to the clinic, makes flower arrangements and takes care of all the plants in the buildings. Of course, this also includes the olive tree in the foyer.
