Documentation which we will be required from you after admission

On the basis of the documentation listed below, you will be registered in our student database "SIMED" (information for students of Medicine). You will furthermore receive the allocation to your courses and case studies for the coming semester which will be based on

the course semester for which you have been "registered"
the "compatibility" of course events which you may still require from earlier semesters
the study places available.

Late enrolments

If you are not able to sign up at the date of registration, please contact the Office of the Deanship for Acamdemic Studies at the Faculty of Medicine, Department for Academic Studies and Teaching, at Geissweg 5/1 without delay and in person after your enrolment at the Student Administration Office. You will then be given the necessary informations.

Please note that it is of great importance that you take your certificate of enrolment with you!
