Das wissenschaftliche Interesse unserer Arbeitsgruppe liegt in der präklinischen Radioonkologie, speziell der Radiobiologie mit Fokus auf zielgerichteten Therapien und Biomarker-Identifizierung
Wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit
- Präklinische Evaluierung zielgerichteter Therapiekonzepte hinsichtlich sensibilisierender Wirkungen in Kombination mit Strahlentherapie und/oder Chemotherapien
- Identifizierung und Charakterisierung von Biomarkern für das Ansprechverhalten maligner Tumore gegenüber Strahlentherapie und Radiochemotherapie
- Bildgebungsgesteuerte Bestrahlung präklinischer Tiermodelle maligner Erkrankungen
