iFIT Seminar Series with Prof. Dr. Pramod Srivastava
Identiyfing cancer neoantigens that can control tumors in vivo
On behalf of the iFIT spokespersons Lars Zender, Juliane Walz and Bernd Pichler, it is our pleasure to inform you about and invite you to the next iFIT Seminar Series Session 2024 that will take place
on Thursday, May 2nd at 12:00 pm (CEST)
at big Lecture Hall in the Medical Clinic (Otfried-Müller-Straße 10 , 72076 Tübingen).
Our guest speaker, Prof. Dr. Pramod Srivastava (Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Conneticut) will give a talk on
“Identiyfing cancer neoantigens that can control tumors in vivo”.
My laboratory is focused on identification of cancer neoantigens that can mediate tumor control in vivo in mice and humans. We use extensive genomic and transcriptomic analyses from paired normal-tumor samples, coupled with tumor rejection assays in vivo in mouse models and human clinical trials, structural analysis of T cell receptor MHCI-peptide interactions, and analyses of role of T cell avidity in tumor control.
As a special feature of this program, the iFIT will sponsor free lunch packages! (First come, first serve)
All members of the University Hospital and University of Tübingen are invited to participate!
We look forward to this Seminar Series session and to see you there!
