  • Die Transfusion von Thrombozytenkonzentraten ist eine wesentliche Maßnahme zur prophylaktischen und therapeutischen Behandlung von Blutungen und Störungen der primären Hämostase. Die Notwendigkeit kann sowohl auf einer Thrombozytopenie, als auch auf einer Thrombozytenfunktionsstörung beruhen. Die aktuellen Produkte zeigen kritische Nachteile wie lagerungsbedingte Läsionen von Thrombozyten, sowie bakterielle Kontaminationen. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Optimierung und Verbesserung der klinischen Effizienz dieser Standard Präparate und die Entwicklung innovativer bzw. alternativer Blutprodukte.
