The M3 center is dedicated to fostering optimal infrastructure and global visibility for interdisciplinary research with a translational focus. A central priority lies in seamlessly integrating research findings across the centres’ three core areas: malignome, microbiome, and metabolome. The utilization of bioinformatics and artificial intelligence (AI) plays a pivotal role in supporting these endeavors. By promoting collaboration among scientists and physicians, the M3 research center aspires to establish the University of Tübingen as a world-leading research institution in these fields. The newly constructed research center serves as a hub for interdisciplinary research groups, providing shared laboratories and cutting-edge technologies to catalyze the realization of these objectives. Committed to internationalization, cultural diversity, and equality, we adhere to the principles of good scientific practice. By fostering creativity and diligence, providing support from experienced leaders, facilitating participation in conferences, and promoting training and further education we prioritize the professional and personal growth of our employees.
