Metabolic regulation and manipulation of immune cell function in tissues

Tasks

  • Conduct research in molecular cancer immunology with a focus on T cell engineering
  • Apply advanced technologies such as spectral flow cytometry, spatial transcriptomics, RNA sequencing, CRISPR/Cas9, and extracellular flux analysis
  • Investigate tumor-immune system interactions in translational research settings
  • Collaborate closely with team members in a dynamic and supportive lab environment
  • Participate in national and international research collaborations and joint projects

Your profile

  • Master’s or Diploma degree with solid background in immunology, molecular and cell biology, and genetic engineering 
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English

Starting date: as soon as possible 

Contract: part time (65%), limited to 3 years
