Experimental Pediatric Neuroimaging

The "Experimental Pediatric Neuroimaging" group uses advanced MR imaging methods to study the developing brain. For example, functional MRI (fMRI) allows investigating brain activation in distinct brain regions, while MR-diffusion imaging by means of tractography allows visualizing the connections between brain regions. The group is jointly hosted by the department of pediatric neurology and the neuroradiology clinic.
